Host With Us

Did you know you can host your event at Turns & Tales? Our facility features seating for 60 people, a 700+ title board game library, a kitchen, a bookstore, and we’re licensed to serve you great local beer, wine, and amazing cocktails. That makes us great for:

We will need a minimum of 3 weeks of notice to ensure your party has all items required and staffing is appropriate. We will need a final head count on the Monday before your event.

Birthday Party – Youth

Bring your party to us! Your price per person includes: 

• A grilled cheese sandwich | grilled cheese with bacon | kids homemade lunchable
• A milkshake | kids size juice/pop
• A game pass
• Slice of in-house cake, or specially ordered cake with birthday greetings ($40-$70 depending on size)
• Decorated tables

Price per person = Prices starting at $18.50 per person.  (variable depending on cake options)

If you wish to make this a private event, our fees for private venue rental are: Mon-Thurs: 500.00 Fri-Sun: 800.00 Please note this is an additional fee over the per person event fee. Non-refundable deposit of half the amount for private rental. 

Birthday Party – Adult

Grownups need great birthday parties too. Your package includes:

• Choice of Sandwich or Wrap with a side soup / Charcuterie board for the number of those attending.
• Choice of Cocktail – Lemon Drop, Whiskey Wonderland or Into the Night (Espresso martini) | or red wine/white wine | or craft beer | speciality latte 
• A game pass
• One dessert – seasonal availability
• Decorated tables

Price per person = $35.00 to $50.00 depending on meal choices (Charcuterie option is $50.00 per person)

Team building exercises

The team that plays well together works well together! Bring your team in for some fun and refreshments. Your package includes:

Seminars/Workshops

We offer a well-lit, roomy facility for your seminars and workshops, and when the event breaks up, your participants can go and play! Your fee includes

• A snack buffet
• A dessert buffet
• Cash bar
• Game passes for your participants
• Access to our PA system

Please note that due to the nature of seminars and workshops, these must be a private venue rental, facilities are available Mon-Thurs. Price: $500.00. Non-refundable deposit of $250.00.

School Field Trip

Regular rate without a venue rental fee is $2.50 per student plus applicable taxes. This covers the game passes only.

For lunch options we can offer a 15.00 per person plus tax option that includes a grilled cheese, milkshake or float and a game pass.

If your students require privacy, or you have more than 60 people attending, you’ll need a full venue rental which includes game passes and a choice of pop, juice, drip coffee or tea per guest. The special rate for schools is $300.00 plus applicable taxes.

To do a special trivia for the event would be an extra $50.00 plus taxes and can be catered to the audience.
